Panerai Celebrates 10th Classic Yachts Challenge with a Limited Edition Watch

On the nautical tide through the summer breeze comes the very attractive Panerai ticker – the Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 3 Days Automatic Titanio. The watch is a successor to the annual classic yachts challenge timepieces with a special 10th edition logo on the case back.

The limited-to-50 pieces watch features a 47mm case fashioned out of brushed titanium and screwed-down backs and crown guard levers, which lend an extreme robustness and corrosion-proof quality to the watches.

Expectedly,  the Luminor Submersible 1950 is water resistant to an exceptional 300 metres, and has unique diving features like a unidirectional rotating bezel to time yourself, applied luminous hour makers for fantastic readability, and partly-skeletonised luminescent hands for clear visibility under deep water.

The Panerai replica watches is powered by the automatic manufacture caliber P.9000 and has a three-day power reserve (as indicated in the model name).

While the Panerai Luminor Submersible originally comes with a rubber strap given its nautical DNA, Panerai serves up a spare one the can be changed at will using the brand’s patented lug system and the special tools provided.

Panerai Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante Left-handed 8 Days Titanio

Panerai’s first watches for left-handers were created in the early 1940s for Italian Navy commandos. Today, these are highly sought-after by collectors. This historic peculiarity is the distinctive feature of the new Panerai Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante Left-handed 8 Days Titanio, a special edition with the the single-button manufacture chronograph movement. The hand-wound has three spring barrels, giving a power reserve of eight days. The caliber also features a column wheel and vertical clutch. The single pusher controls all the chronograph functions – start, stop, reset. The seconds reset function enables the watch to be synchronized with a reference time signal.

The 44mm Panerai Luminor 1950 case is made of brushed titanium with a polished bezel and a sapphire crystal back which enables the movement to be observed and the power reserve to be read via an indicator placed on a bridge. Water resistance is 100 meters.

The brown sandwich dial has the large figures and hour markers which are Panerai replica, as well as a continuous seconds dial and minutes counter. The sandwich dial construction maximizes the dial’s legibility in poor visibility by placing two outer discs with cut-out figures on either side of an inner disk made from luminous material.
